Refund Policy
Updated October 1, 2026
When a Dropz Premium payment can be refunded, how to cancel, and how to ask. Cancellation and a refund are separate.
Who this covers
This policy applies to payments for Dropz Premium and sits alongside the Terms of Service. It does not remove consumer rights that the law says cannot be removed.
Dropz is operated by AHMD OPERATIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17494337.
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

Which payments
It covers the 2-day trial and the weekly, legacy monthly and yearly plans, whether checkout used PayPal, a card or another payment method offered for that purchase.
Trial and automatic renewal
Unless checkout says otherwise, Premium can start with a paid 2-day trial of €1.00 or US$1.00. That trial is not a free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, it renews automatically into a weekly subscription at the price shown at checkout, currently €9.99 or US$9.99 a week, and keeps renewing until you cancel. A weekly, legacy monthly or yearly plan renews at the amount shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
The trial length, the amount due now and the renewal price are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Cancel from Premium billing before the next renewal if you do not want that charge.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected]. Include the email address used at checkout. A purchase date, amount, currency and receipt reference help us locate the payment, but are optional; no reason is required for statutory withdrawal. Do not send a full card number, a card security code or a sign-in link.
You can write even if you cannot open the account or have not verified the checkout email. We may check that the purchase is yours before returning money. Say if you also want renewal cancelled. Asking for a refund does not, by itself, cancel the subscription.
When a refund is made
After digital access has started, a payment is not normally refunded. We do refund a payment where the law requires it, where Premium was paid for but not provided, or where the same purchase was charged twice.
Choosing not to use a subscription that was available, forgetting to cancel, or a destination website going offline does not by itself require a refund.
How refunds are paid
An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, in the original currency, through the original payment provider. Banks and wallet providers often take up to 10 business days to show it, and sometimes longer. We cannot send a card refund to a different person or a different account. A bank’s own fee or exchange rate can change what you see.
A refund can be for the full charge or for part of it, including a proportionate amount where the law allows a deduction for service already provided. We will tell you the amount and whether the refunded access ends. If an approved refund does not appear, email support with its reference.
Cancellation
Cancel from Premium billing, including the billing link provided there. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund a charge already taken. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid. We will say so if an approved refund ends access sooner.
Withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase. Simply signing in, using Premium or accepting general terms does not automatically waive that right. A deduction for services already supplied is made only where the legal conditions are met, including any required express request to start performance. Loss of a withdrawal right for fully performed services or digital content requires the specific conditions and express consent or acknowledgement required by law.
Use Withdraw from a contract or email [email protected] within the relevant period with a clear withdrawal statement, your name and checkout email. A purchase reference is optional. No reason is required. We acknowledge receipt and preserve your submission time. When a statutory withdrawal refund is due, we initiate reimbursement without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day deadline, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. This page does not waive mandatory rights.
Disputes and chargebacks
You can contact support about an unrecognised or disputed payment. You do not have to contact us before exercising rights with your bank, and doing so does not extend a bank’s dispute deadline. If a dispute is opened, we answer the payment provider with the checkout record, including the time of purchase and the terms shown. A refund and a chargeback for the same charge are not both paid. This policy does not stop a dispute the law allows you to raise.
Changes and contact
We can update this policy when the product, the law or the way refunds are handled changes. The current version is the one published on this page. An update does not remove rights that already attached to a purchase, and it does not reduce protections the law requires.
