Terms of Service
Updated October 1, 2026
These terms explain how you can use Dropz, publish links, earn as a creator and subscribe to Premium.
Who we are
These terms form your agreement with the operator of Dropz at dropz.sh. They cover the website, accounts, link pages and related services. By registering, publishing a link or buying Premium, you accept these terms.
Dropz is operated by AHMD OPERATIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17494337.
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
For account, payment, privacy or legal enquiries, email [email protected] or use our Help centre. You do not need an account to contact us.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Use an email address you control, keep sign-in links private and keep account information accurate. Tell support if someone else gains access.
Premium belongs to the purchasing account. You may use it on your own devices but must not sell or share account access. Operate one creator account unless we agree otherwise in writing; additional identities must not be used to bypass restrictions or earn self-referral commission. Do not use Dropz where doing so would breach applicable sanctions or other legal restrictions.
Links and acceptable use
Creators publish a public Dropz URL leading to a third-party destination. Visitors can complete the steps offered on the access page or use active Premium to skip Dropz ads, tasks and waiting.
Only link to material you are entitled to share. Do not publish illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, fraudulent or rights-infringing material, malware, phishing pages or deceptive destinations. Do not impersonate others, defeat access controls, manipulate visits or conversions, or interfere with the service.
We may remove links or restrict access to investigate reports and enforce these rules. Creators remain responsible for their destinations’ descriptions, safety and availability.
Free access and advertising
A free access page can require sponsor steps followed by a waiting period. The configured wait begins after all required steps are complete, not between ads. The default is five minutes; a creator may select another available setting. Active Premium bypasses these Dropz requirements.
Sponsors may open another website or browser tab. Read an advertiser’s own offer before supplying information, installing software or agreeing to charges. A completed Dropz timer records access progress; it is not proof of an advertiser conversion or a promise of creator earnings. Ad availability depends on the provider, region and browser.
Creator earnings and referrals
The standard creator share is 60% of eligible successful Premium payments attributed to your links, including eligible renewals. The initial 2-day trial fee is retained entirely by Dropz; it earns no creator share or referral commission, including under a separately agreed share rate. Creator earnings begin with the first renewal payment after the trial, or a direct paid subscription. Once qualifying payment volume reaches US$15,000 in a UTC calendar month, the payment that crosses the threshold and later qualifying payments that month receive a 70% share. Qualification resets at the start of the next month. A separately agreed rate displayed in your account takes precedence.
This threshold uses collected payments, not projected monthly recurring revenue. Non-USD payments use recorded, dated exchange rates for their USD equivalent. Earnings remain recorded in their payment currency. Earlier settled payments are not retrospectively increased. Refunds and disputes reduce qualifying volume; an already earned monthly tier remains in place for that month.
Eligible creator referrals earn 5% of the referred creator’s eligible earnings. Self-purchases, self-referrals, artificial traffic and manipulated activity do not qualify. Ad earnings depend on eligible activity accepted and credited under the applicable programme; a visit count or estimate is not an available balance.
Refunds, chargebacks and invalid activity can reverse the related creator earnings and referral commission. Reversals use the allocation recorded for the original payment and can reduce an available balance or leave an amount to offset against future earnings. Successful dispute reversals are reconciled when confirmed by the payment provider.
Cashouts
The minimum cashout is US$50 or its equivalent in the account’s payout currency. For supported non-USD balances, the recorded reference exchange rate determines the minimum, rounded up to a minor currency unit. Dropz determines the available currency; your bank or payment service may apply its own conversion or receiving charges.
You may request up to five withdrawals per UTC calendar month, across all methods and currencies combined. Pending, processing, review and paid requests count; rejected, cancelled and failed requests do not. The allowance resets on the first day of each month.
Cashouts are manually reviewed and processed. Available methods include bank transfer, PayPal, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Solana. A request reserves your available balance but does not mean funds have already been sent. Provide accurate recipient and, for crypto, network details. A completed transfer to details you supplied may not be recoverable.
We may request identity, ownership, tax or payment evidence and hold a request while investigating a documented payment or abuse issue. You remain responsible for taxes on your earnings. There is no guaranteed instant payout or fixed processing time; contact support about a pending request.
Premium and prices
Existing subscriptions keep the price and renewal interval agreed when purchased. Premium is an optional upgrade to a Dropz account. The charge is for that upgrade. While the upgrade is active, the account is recognised across the Dropz network.
Quicker passage through Dropz pages can come with the upgrade, including fewer Dropz access steps and less waiting on Dropz. Those conveniences are included with the upgraded account. They are not a separate product, and they are not a purchase, licence or download of material on a destination website. Premium does not remove limits imposed by a destination, and it does not promise that a destination stays online.
- 2-day trial: €1.00 or US$1.00 is charged immediately. This is paid access, not a free trial. Unless you cancel before the two days end, it renews automatically as a weekly subscription at €9.99 or US$9.99.
- Weekly: €9.99 or US$9.99 immediately, then the same amount each week until cancelled.
- Yearly: €35.88 or US$35.88 immediately, then the same amount each year until cancelled.
Checkout shows the currency, the amount due now, the renewal price and the renewal interval before you pay. The checkout display controls if it differs from a summary elsewhere. Supported European locations use EUR. The UK, United States and other locations use USD. The yearly comparison is against twelve payments at the legacy monthly price of €9.99 or US$9.99. Your bank may add its own conversion charges. Tax, where it is collected, is included in the total shown before you pay.
By starting Premium you ask for the digital service to begin immediately. Where the law allows that request to end a statutory withdrawal right, the right ends once access begins. Where the law keeps the right, the Refund Policy explains how to use it.
Payment and renewal
Whop and PayPal process new subscriptions. Existing Stripe subscriptions continue through Stripe. Available payment methods depend on the provider, your account, browser, device and region. Confirming a subscription authorises Dropz, through the selected payment provider, to charge the selected payment method for the amount due now and for later renewals at the price and interval shown, until you cancel.
For email-first checkout, confirm an email address you control. The purchase is associated with that email; you may need to verify it afterwards to sign in and manage your account. Confirming the spelling alone does not grant access to an existing account. If already signed in, checkout uses your account.
Payment details are entered directly into the payment provider’s form. Dropz does not store the full card number or card security code. Access begins after the provider confirms the payment. A failed renewal payment can interrupt access. The two-day trial converts to the weekly price after two days. It does not keep charging €1.00 or US$1.00 every two days.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel Premium at any time from Premium billing. Cancellation stops later renewals. Access normally lasts until the end of the period already paid. Cancel the 2-day trial before it ends if you do not want the first renewal charge. Deleting cookies, closing the browser or simply not using Dropz does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation is not a refund. A charge already made is not returned merely because the subscription is cancelled, and cancellation does not erase an amount that is already due. After digital access has started, refunds are not normally made, except where the Refund Policy or the law requires one. Mandatory consumer protections still apply.
Restrictions and account closure
We may block a link, suspend an account or end access for a breach, fraud, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and accept relevant evidence through support. We may limit what we disclose where disclosure would compromise an investigation or break the law.
Contact support to request account closure or review of a restriction. Outstanding payment obligations and lawful record-retention requirements survive closure. Creator balances remain subject to legitimate refunds, disputes and verification; suspension alone does not erase sums legally owed. Consumer remedies for paid services remain available.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to material you submit and grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it as needed to operate Dropz. You must have any required third-party permission. Our software, branding and original materials belong to their respective owners; using Dropz does not transfer those rights.
Report infringement to [email protected] with the public Dropz link, a description of the protected work, your contact details and evidence of your authority to act.
External services
Destination websites, advertised offers and payment services have their own terms. A Dropz link does not mean we endorse or control its destination. Premium does not change your agreement with those services.
Availability and liability
Dropz is provided with reasonable care. Maintenance, faults and events outside our control can interrupt it. Paid-service failures are handled as consumer law requires.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those protections, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss caused by unlawful use or by third-party material outside our control. Where a cap is allowed, liability for a Premium claim is limited to the Premium fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used to operate Dropz, the providers involved and your privacy rights.
Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these terms for product, security or legal reasons and will give notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a purchase. If a clause cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
Send complaints to support with the relevant account or transaction reference so we can investigate. You retain mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims available where you live. Nothing requires you to give up access to your local courts where the law protects that right.
