Who is Dropz for?
Dropz is for creators who already have a destination URL and want to manage how people reach it. A link can lead to a download, a resource or an exclusive page. Visitors can use the access route on the link or choose Premium for fewer steps.
Does Dropz host my files?
No. Your files and content stay at their existing destination. Dropz provides the public access link and manages the steps before a visitor reaches that destination. It does not replace your storage provider or the destination site's own permissions.
How do I create and share a Dropz link?
Sign in, open your vault and create a link with a title and destination URL. Configure its access steps, publish it, then copy the public Dropz URL to share with your audience. Your vault keeps your links together so you can manage them later.
How do Premium plans and renewals work?
Dropz offers a paid two-day introductory plan, a weekly plan and a yearly plan. The introductory plan renews as a weekly subscription unless cancelled before renewal. The Premium page shows your currency, the initial price and the renewal terms before checkout; the introduction is not a free trial.

The creator dashboard brings together link visits, unlocks, Premium sales and eligible earnings. A visit is not automatically a paid conversion. Earnings depend on eligible activity and settled payments, so dashboard traffic should not be treated as a guaranteed payout.
Do visitors need a password?
Dropz accounts use email sign-in links or Google sign-in instead of a Dropz password. Premium checkout requires sign-in so that the membership can be linked to the right account.
How do I cancel Premium or get help?
Manage your membership from your account's Premium settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; a refund is a separate request assessed under the refund policy. For help with an account, link or payment, email [email protected].
